For 40 years, Taurus Leather Company has been providing a range of quality leather, canvas and more recently nylon and associated products to the New Zealand market. Over time, we have expanded into farming, hardware and fashion and selected export markets, continually striving to manufacture and distribute the highest quality products.
 
Quality Materials - The best quality and most suitable materials are used to manufacture quality, durable products. Wherever possible, raw materials are sourced in New Zealand, however, we realise the need to extend our search worldwide to ensure the best materials and components are used to provide the right product at the right price.
 
Quality Craftsmanship - Carefully controlled production procedures ensure that products are manufactured accurately and efficiently. Cutting is achieved with maximum yield and hence minimal waste. Computerised equipment combines with age-old handcraft techniques to efficiently manufacture quality products. This all means that we are able to pass the savings made through the use of these manufacturing techniques to you and your customers while still guaranteeing a quality end product.
 
Quality Service - We take pride in providing excellent levels of customer service. Orders are processed and despatched quickly with most orders despatched on the same day as receipt*. We provide barcode labelling, with the ability to use customer codes if required. All products are unconditionally guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. We provide sales representation with call patterns established to suit customer requirements and the level of business in each area and store. We are aware of the need to keep calls to an efficient level while maintaining good contact and continually review call cycles.
